A choice of combining our three 9-hole courses – Hollows, Ruffet & Badminton

We set out to make The Kendleshire the most welcoming, most inclusive and most friendly golf club you could visit. And we want you to go away from the course thinking “wow” – every time.

Golf bookings have a choice of combining our three 9-hole courses – Hollows, Ruffet & Badminton. Each offer a brilliant test of golf with a fair share of water hazards and memorable holes. Tee times run at 8-minute intervals through the day, each 9-hole course will generally take two hours to play, and reservations are essential as we’re a busy venue!

COVID-19 RE-OPENING STATUS: last updated 16/10/20

We reopened all three of our courses, with (now-normal) COVID-safe measures in place, on 13th May.

Non-members are welcome and a five-day booking window is in operation for regular tee times. We are asking all non-members coming to play the course or use the facilities please read this document outlining our COVID-safe practices and rules.

Winter rules may now be in force, covering restrictions to buggies and trolleys, etc. Please contact the Pro Shop on 0117 956 7000 and choose Option 4 for the current Course Status.

There is a ‘Hospitality Area‘ of the Clubhouse, open daily from 8:30am and then during daylight hours. Current rules say that we can only allow tables of up to six guests, and we ask that all furniture remains in place as per how we have safely set it out.

The Pro Shop is open daily from 7:30am and should be the first port of call for all golfers, to check-in prior to playing the course.

In both cases face coverings should be worn (and in the case of the Hospitality Area, kept on until you are seated at a table).

The Halfway House has a self-serve Vending Area open daily, and we open the kitchen servery on Tuesdays/Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays for hot snacks and cold drinks. It is located after the 10th green.

Our Driving Range is open during daylight hours. We are unable to supply baskets and therefore recommend bringing a bag, box or similar to transfer the balls from the dispenser to the range itself.

The Academy Course is open during daylight hours. Please check-in at the Pro Shop prior to use.

Non-member Green Fees:-

Green fees are currently £42 on Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays or £50 on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays for 18 holes. 9 hole rates are all half.

For County Card holders the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday rate is £26, or £29 on Friday/Saturday/Sundays for 18 holes.

Buggies are currently restricted to paths only, our COVID-safe rules mean only one person is permitted on the buggy at a time, and the hire rate is £30 for 18 holes. A £10 key deposit is payable, refunded upon completion of the round and return of the key.

For reservations for both Winter Deals please call us on 0117 956 7007 (option 1) during office hours, or email
